Algoryx does Mold Characterization Study analyses and simulations on individual molds using customer-supplied data.

 The customer:

  1. Makes and measures the Induced Variation Study (IVS) sample parts
  2. Creates the Correlation Master (CM) data input workbook

Algoryx:

  1. Does a pre-tuning Mold Characterization Study (MCS) analysis to determine the “as is” capability of the mold
  2. Gives the customer a presentation on the MCS pre-tuning analysis results
  3. Works with the development team to determine best tuning choices
  4. Does an MCS simulation that confirms the effect of team tuning choices on the mold’s new capability to produce parts that meet Cpk requirements
  5. Gives the customer a brief written report on the MCS analysis and simulation results
  6. Gives the customer a presentation on the simulation results
