Algoryx’s Correlation Master Professional version software has the capacity to do Mold Characterization Studies (MCSs) on molds that produce up to 16,000 molded part dimensions per shot.
Algoryx’s Correlation Master (CM) software is offered in two versions: Professional and Standard.
CM Professional has the capacity to process data from a mold that produces up to 16,000 part dimensions per shot.
The number of part dimensions in an Algoryx Mold Characterization Study (MCS) is the number of drawing dimensions times the number of mold cavities. For example, an MCS on a part with 15 (critical) drawing dimensions in a 64-cavity mold is 960 part dmensions produced per shot.
CM Professional is designed to use Microsoft Office’s Excel® 2007 to create the Algoryx data input workbook. Excel 2007 has 16,000 data columns. The large capacity of Excel 2007 worksheets enables CM users to input large amounts of data into CM Professional.
CM Professional will also process Algoryx data input workbooks created using Excel 1997-2003. However, Excel 2003 has only 250 data columns that can be used to enter data on 250 part dimensions.
CM Professional is backward-compatible with Excel 2003.
