Algoryx offers annual support contracts.

The annual support contract is optional at customer discretion after the first license year.

Algoryx’s customers use the annual support contract to get support and answer questions on installation and activation of the CM software application. This may require Algoryx to work with the customer’s IT department.

Algoryx’s customers use the annual support contract to get support on how to do the Algoryx Induced Variation Study. This typically involves Algoryx answering questions on which press settings to change, high (+1) and low (-1) limits to the press settings, how many parts to make and measure and other pre-analysis and pre-simulation questions.

Algoryx has data input workbook templates that customers use to create CM data input workbooks using copy and paste functions in Excel. Algoryx’s customers use the annual support contract to get answers to questions on how to create the data input workbook.

The annual support contract excludes Algoryx consulting on mold-specific Mold Characterization Study(MCS)  results. Algoryx offers consulting contracts for analysis of mold-specific MCS results.
