Algoryx’s Correlation Master (CM) software is offered in two versions: Standard and Professional.
CM Standard has the capacity to process part data from molds that produce up to 250 part dimensions per shot.
The number of part dimensions in an Algoryx Mold Characterization Study (MCS) is the number of drawing dimensions times the number of mold cavities. For example, an MCS on a part with 4 (critical) drawing dimensions in a 32-cavity mold is 128 part dmensions produced per shot.
CM Standard is designed to use Microsoft Office’s Excel® 1997-2003 to create the Algoryx data input workbook. Excel 2003 has 250 usable data columns.
CM Professional is forward-compatible with Excel 2007 but is still limited to 250 part dimensions.
