The Algoryx Challenge will analyze your mold for up to four part dimensions. You select either one dimension in four cavities, two dimensions in two cavities or four dimensions in one cavity. If you would like to analyze a larger number of dimensions or cavities, Algoryx provides Mold-by-Mold Analyses on a consulting basis.

Challenge Deliverables

Fill out the form below and Algoryx will email you a data input template and instructions on how to submit your data.*

Results will be available within three working days. Algoryx will contact you to set up an online meeting to review the following results:

  1. Mold Characterization Study results running Correlation Master in the analysis mode to determine current mold capability. This is the “Before Algoryx” state.
  2. Mold Characterization Study results running Correlation Master in the simulation mode to confirm team choices. This is the “After Algoryx” state.
  3. Comparison of the Before Algoryx state to the After Algoryx state.
  4. Summary page of analysis and simulation results.
  5. Financial and schedule analysis using your figures or industry standards.
After the meeting these documents will be sent to you to share with other members of your organization.
